Job Description The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) is dedicated to empowering customers to maximize their data potential by providing exceptional architectural guidance and design. As a member of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team consists of skilled Solution Architects specializing in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Our primary aim is to facilitate the successful adoption of Oracle Analytics. We engage with customers and partners on a global scale, building lasting trust in Oracle Analytics. Furthermore, we work closely with Product Management to enhance product features and share our knowledge through various platforms, including blogs, webinars, and demonstrations. The selected candidate will work alongside key FDI customers and partners, guiding them toward optimized implementation and creating a successful Go-live plan targeted at high usage rates. Responsibilities Identify customer needs, uncover unmet requirements, and design potential solutions across diverse customer groups. Shape sophisticated product and program strategies based on customer feedback, ensuring scalable and effective implementation of solutions across complex enterprise environments. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to align on strategy, synchronize timelines for solutions, provide timely updates, and adapt plans to changing objectives. Prepare for and address complex product or solution-related inquiries from customers. Convey detailed product insights generated by customer needs and requirements. Foster understanding of customer complexities and the value propositions of various programs through presentations at events, team meetings, and product reviews. Primary Skills: Over 7 years of experience with OBIA and Oracle Analytics. Strong knowledge in Analytics RPD design, development, and deployment. In-depth understanding of BI/data warehouse analysis, design, development, and testing. Extensive experience in data analysis, profiling, quality, modeling, and integration. Proficient in crafting complex queries and stored procedures using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Adept at developing visualizations and user-friendly workbooks. Previous experience in creating solutions that incorporate AI and ML within Analytics. Experience in enhancing report performance. Desirable Skills: Experience with Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX). Ability to design and develop ETL Interfaces, Packages, Load plans, user functions, variables, and sequences in ODI to facilitate both batch and real-time data integrations. Experience with multiple Cloud Platforms. Certification in FDI, OAC, and ADW. #LI-MO1 Disclaimer: Certain customer-facing roles may require compliance with relevant health mandates.
