Your Role and Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert leading initiatives in Oracle ERP Cloud Project Management, focusing on Project Financials, Oracle Grants Management, and Project Contract Billing. Deliver accounting solutions tailored to the PPM modules, ensuring compliance with relevant principles and rules. Complete project tasks and deliverables while adhering to established timelines and quality standards. Engage clients and facilitate workshops to accurately define their business requirements. Conduct gap analysis between Oracle functionality and client needs, providing actionable solutions and recommendations. Document gaps, issues, and solution process flows to ensure clarity and alignment. Map business processes to Oracle Cloud PPM processes to ensure seamless integration. Configure Cloud PPM in alignment with customer business processes and requirements. Oversee migration of financial data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud Applications. Prepare functional designs for technical objects and define testing criteria for each. Develop testing scenarios and execute comprehensive testing events including unit, integration, and acceptance testing. Facilitate knowledge transfer and drive business transformation initiatives. Manage RAID items as directed by the PMO and ensure timely updates and resolutions. Be available during client working hours using communication tools for collaboration. Collaborate with offshore teams and other module leads to drive project success. Execute project work according to established processes and methodologies. Required Technical and Professional Expertise 3-5 years of ERP implementation experience in Cloud Applications. Prior experience with City or County Clients, particularly in Grants Accounting, Budgetary Controls, and Encumbrance Accounting. Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Project Portfolio Management modules. Hands-on experience in configuring PPM modules and processing transactions. Familiarity with SCM, Financial applications, Project Management, Resource Management, and Task management is advantageous. Successful completion of 2 or more full-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations as a lead consultant. Experience in business process consulting, facilitating workshops, and system integration testing. Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and collaborate with diverse teams. Strong independent work ethics and a proactive attitude, with a team-oriented approach. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). Willingness to travel as project needs dictate.
