KPMG is seeking an Associate Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) to join our Global Technology & Group team, part of KPMG International. Key Responsibilities: Inspire and lead a global team of IAM professionals, fostering a high-performance culture centered around collaboration and continuous improvement. Manage critical authentication services such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Entra ID and Okta to secure both cloud and on-premise environments. Act as the primary liaison for internal customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction by translating technical concepts for non-technical users. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, utilizing negotiation and communication skills to align on service delivery and strategic objectives. Monitor the performance of managed services agreements with trusted vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met effectively. Contribute to the IAM service roadmap and strategy, actively identifying service improvement opportunities to align with evolving technology needs. Uphold KPMG's commitment to professionalism and integrity in fostering a respectful and courteous work environment. Qualifications: At least ten years of related experience, with a minimum of five years in a qualified role. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience, with a preference for candidates with a relevant degree. Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality customer service and guiding both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A passion for leading and developing teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and build strong relationships. A strategic mindset with the ability to maintain focus on operational excellence and long-term objectives. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment visa sponsorship; no sponsorship is available for this position.
