KPMG is excited to invite applications for the position of Senior Associate to support our Business Tax Services practice. Key Responsibilities: Lead the coordination and development of cost segregation reports. Analyze construction cost data and related design drawings. Collaborate with building owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to gather necessary information. Engage in marketing initiatives to attract potential clients. Essential Qualifications: A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in cost segregation or valuation studies, complemented by a BA/BS in architecture, construction management, or engineering from an accredited institution. Understanding of construction design and processes. Solid grasp of building systems and their functionalities. Familiarity with federal income tax depreciation, project budgeting, and accounting, with a willingness to enhance knowledge in fixed asset reporting systems. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and KPMG professionals. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
