Job Description PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE REQUIRES UP TO 75% TRAVEL. CANDIDATE MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND BE ABLE TO OBTAIN SECURITY CLEARANCE. As a Federal Learning Consultant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing training delivery and providing go-live support at client sites. You will contribute to the success of our initiatives by engaging with users and stakeholders effectively. Key Responsibilities: Localize and implement effective training strategies that promote user adoption and minimize resistance to changes. Stay updated on the deployment methodologies and communicate changes effectively to all stakeholders. Build and nurture relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Assess training program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance metrics. Timely submission of timesheets and forecasts while adhering to compliance targets. Advocate for learning best practices in internal and external meetings. Proficiently use Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Embrace travel requirements (up to 75%) and accommodate irregular work hours as needed. Fostering a positive work environment through collaboration and support for team initiatives. Engage in continuous learning and take on responsibilities as needed. Achieve job competency targets relevant to your role. Adhere to all Oracle policies and procedures consistently. Skills Evaluated: Project Management (foundational knowledge with support) Revenue Understanding (basic knowledge) High Impact Service Line Processes (capable of independent execution) Executive Communication Skills (foundational knowledge with support) Facilitation and Presentation (capable of independent execution) EHRM & FCM Methodology (capable of independent execution) Adult Learning Principles (foundational knowledge with support) Experience with core clinical, revenue, and integrated systems relevant to VA domain (knowledgeable and capable) Strong expertise in Microsoft Office suite and Oracle learning tools Basic Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant work experience, including: At least 1 year in healthcare IT consulting, project management, learning facilitation, or similar client-facing roles Additional higher education and/or relevant work experience aligned with job duties Experience with training project management, especially in healthcare or federal environments U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance due to contract requirements Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience with Oracle (Cerner) EHR platforms Expectations: Travel as needed (up to 75%) Willingness to work additional or irregular hours depending on local labor guidelines Adhere to Oracle's and clients' security, privacy, and compliance standards Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Important Notes: Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates. The hiring range is from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; annual salary can range from $53,000 to $126,100. Eligibility for bonus and equity may be present.
