Job Description The Office Administration Specialist will provide essential administrative support to all management levels. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including route monitoring, clerical tasks, filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting in driver training and onboarding for new drivers. Ideal candidates will demonstrate exceptional multi-tasking abilities and possess a friendly, approachable demeanor. Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pay: $19.35 per hour Primary Duties: Analyze and streamline office operations and procedures, including information management, filing systems, and supply requisitions. Manage staff functions such as maintaining office supply levels, equipment upkeep, and developing procedure manuals and forms. Monitor delivery routes during shifts to ensure timely service. Assist in tracking route progress, communicating with drivers hourly to address any issues. Engage with customers to gather feedback regarding their delivery experiences. Help complete POD packets located at the warehouse. Assist with loading and unloading products. Support in planning and setting up next day routes. Work independently without direct supervision while maintaining professionalism, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service. Perform any other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; post-high school education is a plus. Availability to extend work hours during events or as required. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
