The Brattle Group, a globally recognized economics consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Content Expert to support various internal and external initiatives. In this creative and collaborative role, you will craft compelling content that aligns with our brand and business development goals, working closely with our marketing and business development teams. As a Marketing Content Expert, you will engage in diverse content creation, including website copy, social media posts, and marketing materials. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong editorial skills who thrives under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Write, edit, and proofread engaging content for our website and social media platforms to promote articles, reports, events, and other firm deliverables. Regularly publish and update website content while managing review and approval workflows to meet tight deadlines. Support our public relations efforts by tracking media mentions, drafting press releases, and posting updates. Prepare and publish internal communications, offering writing and editing support for the firm's intranet and email marketing platform. Utilize Brattle-approved AI tools, primarily ChatGPT, to assist with drafting, repurposing, and editing content while adhering to quality standards. Advocate for established Marketing processes and provide quality control support to maintain high standards in all Marketing content. Contribute to additional content and marketing initiatives as assigned. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing. 3-4 years of professional content or communications experience; experience in a law firm or professional services is preferred. Exceptional writing and editing skills with a clear, audience-focused approach. Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail abilities. Capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital content tools, including CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social). Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools. Understanding of SEO/GEO fundamentals and basic performance metrics. Experience using AI tools for content development. Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior professionals and subject-matter experts. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of firm information. Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Boston, MA is $83,000 - $90,000 annually and in New York, NY is $90,000 - $99,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on various factors, including experience and training. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
