As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be an integral part of our team-handling inventory, supporting production, and helping ensure the warehouse runs efficiently. You'll work closely with team members to meet production goals and uphold safety and quality standards. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for: Picking, staging, and delivering parts and materials to support production schedules accurately and efficiently. Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure correctness, quality, and completeness. Maintaining organized, safe, and clean storage and inventory areas. Tracking inventory levels using appropriate tools and systems to support accurate records. Following all safety protocols, quality procedures, and company policies diligently. Participating in regular inventory counts and audits. Supporting continuous improvement efforts within the warehouse team. The ideal candidate for this role will have: A high school diploma or equivalent, preferred. At least six months of warehouse experience or similar logistics support. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for long periods. Basic math and data entry skills. Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse systems is a plus.
