Your Role: As a vital member of our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you'll help deliver high-quality electrical engineering solutions. Your key responsibilities include: Managing schedules and ensuring technical quality of assigned engineering tasks. Understanding client expectations, scopes, budgets, and timelines. Promptly communicating design changes and scope adjustments. Supporting startup activities and coordinating efforts with other team members and discipline leads. Producing detailed deliverables such as installation details, motor control center single-line diagrams, electric room layouts, motor control elementaries, connection diagrams, cable schedules, control panel layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans. What We're Looking For: Experience in electrical design for building electrical systems. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-discipline teams. Preferred experience with Revit and medium voltage design. Ready for Your Next Career Step? Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 4 years of engineering experience in building electrical systems. Experience with power system software (preferably ETAP). Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) & IEEE standards. Understanding of electrical power system equipment and components, including switchgear, transformers, panelboards, generators, and UPS. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate and work successfully in diverse teams. Ideal Candidates Will Also Have: At least one year of design experience in semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical facilities. Medium Voltage (MV) design experience. Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in team leadership and client interactions.
