Be part of our effort to shape the future together. About the Team & Role The Growth team at Coinbase is critical to fulfilling our mission of promoting global economic freedom. We are seeking an experienced product leader to drive our initiatives in Acquisition, Activation, and New Product Growth. As a pivotal cross-functional leader, you will work closely with Growth Marketing and various other teams at Coinbase to develop strategies that yield impactful results. In this role, you will guide countless individuals in recognizing the value of crypto from the outset while fostering long-term engagement. Additionally, you will mentor a highly skilled team of product managers, establishing benchmarks for global acquisition and activation. What You'll Be Doing Build and lead a high-performing Growth team, focusing on recruitment, mentorship, and maintaining robust operational standards. Craft a strategic vision for Acquisition, Activation, and New Product Growth, propelling measurable advancements toward company objectives. Oversee key product outcomes tied to acquisition strategies, including referral programs and various growth marketing channels. Foster a culture of rigorous experimentation and measurement through analytics and testing to prioritize effectively. Collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Data, Design, Engineering, and Finance to align roadmaps and enhance performance. Represent the voice of new customers to influence broader company strategy and lay the groundwork for sustainable growth. What We Look For in You A successful track record in building and leading growth teams that achieve significant business results. Experience tackling large-scale growth challenges, particularly in consumer or prosumer products, with a talent for translating insights into strategic initiatives. Strong analytical skills combined with excellent product intuition, enabling you to navigate from high-level strategy down to detailed UX considerations. A visionary approach towards effective growth strategies, with a history of overcoming major growth hurdles. At least 10 years of product management experience showcasing a demonstrated pattern of career progress. Preferred Qualifications Expertise in acquisition, activation, or similar growth disciplines. A strong desire to lead initiatives within a mission-driven crypto organization. A genuine passion for crypto, decentralized finance, and web3 technologies. Please be aware that the target annual base salary for this position ranges from $284,155 to $334,300 USD, depending on your location. All full-time roles at Coinbase also offer bonus and equity eligibility, alongside comprehensive benefits.
