Collections Specialist - Earn Up to $37/hr

We are seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to perform vital collection duties on consumer or mortgage accounts, addressing various stages of risk or performance. Your role will be crucial in effectively reducing delinquency, minimizing losses, and enhancing recoveries. The areas of delinquency include: Installment loan accounts Revolving accounts Lease accounts Credit card accounts Overdraft/Goldlines Mortgage loans As a Collections Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our financial recovery efforts. Performance objectives will be tailored to your specific responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: Utilize a predictive dialer or conduct manual inbound/outbound calls to collect payments or recover charged-off accounts. Initiate and prepare necessary files for repossession, charge-off, Notice of Default (NOD), and skip tracing. Assess customers' financial situations to identify potential referrals for loss mitigation. Update customer accounts and send correspondence using various collection systems. Adhere strictly to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, relevant Collection Laws, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
