With a team of 18 physicians and 62 advanced practice providers across six states, we provide high-quality, outpatient-based ENT care supported by advanced technology, including in-office CT scanners and the ModMed EMR system. Our focus is on delivering exceptional patient outcomes in an efficient, patient-centered environment. Position Highlights Full-time, outpatient-only position Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week Established, high-volume practice with over 20,000 patients served annually Collaborative team environment with strong APP support Replacement position with immediate patient base Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary of $400,000, RVU-based bonus model tied to patient journey completion Base salary + RVU Unlimited earning potential Relocation assistance available Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan 22 PTO days plus paid holidays 5 days of CME with additional funding Medical malpractice with tail coverage License and DEA reimbursement Candidate Requirements Board Certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) MD/DO, with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin Must live in the market of assigned location Graduates from 2020 and later encouraged to apply No visa sponsorship available About ADVENTAt ADVENT, we believe patients deserve simple, effective solutions to their ENT concerns.
