Career Development Specialist (Focus on Growth, Learning, & Mobility Tools) At WelbeHealth PACE, our mission is to help seniors remain in their homes and communities by providing essential medical care and support services. The Career Development Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing our department's functions through innovative processes, cutting-edge technology, and agile work strategies. This position is responsible for launching and managing the WelbeHealth Learning, Career, & Connection Hub—a suite of resources aimed at fostering team member growth, mobility, and engagement. You will oversee learning and career development platforms, organize professional development programs, and collaborate across departments to create valuable content. You will also maintain career growth policies, build partnerships for educational opportunities, and manage relationships with vendors related to our learning and mobility initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with People leadership and other functional teams to deliver a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality career growth experience while also supporting the WLP team with additional programs as needed. This position stands out because the Career Development Specialist at WelbeHealth: Acts as a senior individual contributor who drives enterprise-level programs, engaging in process design and scalable solutions that directly support our growth and mission expansion, unlike traditional HR roles focused on case management or employee relations. Focuses on a designated area (Operations, Client Management, or Programs), leading initiatives, standardizing best practices, and influencing cross-functional collaboration through effective program management, data analysis, and change leadership within a regulated healthcare framework. On a daily basis, you will: Design, develop, coordinate, and execute effectively for assigned programs or areas of responsibility. Implement and continuously enhance initiatives in your area, while actively soliciting and utilizing customer feedback. Monitor results and KPIs within your assigned area, consistently taking action for improvement. Lead project or process enhancement efforts involving cross-disciplinary teams. Support ongoing organizational initiatives that cultivate and enrich company culture and improve team member experiences. Standardize the People team's practices and processes to align with WelbeHealth’s scaling missions and values. Ensure HR services are delivered with excellence and in compliance with relevant standards. Job Requirements Include: A bachelor’s degree or commitment to obtain a bachelor’s degree within three years, or equivalent experience. At least two years of experience in HR, operations, strategy, or a related field. Proven experience in managing learning, career development, or internal mobility programs. Experience in building or managing an intranet, learning hub, or digital career resource center is essential. Expertise in managing career development tools, platforms, and vendor relationships (e.g., LMS, talent marketplaces, content providers). Strong background in program management and content development. Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and other analytical technologies.
