This is a flexible part-time opportunity that offers the convenience of working from anywhere! Your Role: As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be instrumental in attracting top-tier talent using various methods including networking, resume screening, and outreach strategies. You may also oversee relationships with outside agencies and undertake additional HR tasks such as corporate training and employee development. Key Responsibilities: Engage in proactive candidate sourcing through diverse channels: cold calling, networking, job advertisements, career fairs, campus recruitment, and other innovative strategies to maintain a steady flow of candidates across all departments. Effectively screen candidates utilizing our HR system, ensuring it is regularly updated. Collaborate with and oversee search firms to secure the very best talent available. Provide training for managers and executives on effective networking and recruitment techniques. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new HR technologies, corporate training initiatives, and strategic compensation planning. Help in revising and updating HR policies.
