Our Services Include: Strategy, Architecture, Planning, and Procurement Business Enablement Business Solutions Project Assurance PCG is seeking a Senior Consultant who will oversee a significant public sector state government project while contributing to the growth of our Technology Consulting Practice Area. This role includes acting as the primary liaison with state project leadership, offering expertise and guidance for a major ERP Migration project to ensure all requirements are fulfilled. You will lead a dedicated project team in providing Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services, managing tasks and deliverables, and ensuring they align with our practice area's strategic direction and methodology. You will also ensure the high quality and comprehensiveness of all assessments and deliverables for the ERP Migration project. Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery: Lead project teams and provide clear direction while keeping stakeholders updated. Proactively resolve complex client challenges from initiation through execution with a consultative mindset. Anticipate potential issues and blockers early and address them effectively. Identify and communicate patterns related to the root causes of problems to peers and leadership. Analyze complex data and research to support objective recommendations. Take part in project delivery activities, including analysis, deliverable creation, and reporting on project performance. Manage project teams throughout all phases of the SDLC, focusing on business analysis, architecture, software design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation. Utilize your financial expertise to provide business recommendations that enhance project outcomes. Business Development: Assist with proposal responses for RFPs, including active participation in writing proposals. Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings in the marketplace. Deepen your understanding of our products and services and assist in aligning them effectively with market needs. Review RFPs critically, influence bid decisions on opportunities, and advocate for compelling business cases. Qualifications: Experience implementing or managing a large-scale cloud-based ERP system (preferably PeopleSoft or SAP S/4HANA RISE Migration). Proven Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) expertise in large ERP/Financial system implementations. At least 10 years of technology experience with a minimum of 5 years in relevant services such as IV&V, project management, and quality assurance for state government projects. Exceptional writing skills and capability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences. Strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively. Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Experience in large integrated or modular environments. Outstanding communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel. A self-starter with enthusiasm and political acumen to achieve goals while maintaining positive relationships. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university. Willingness to travel regionally (up to 25%) and occasionally nationwide for meetings. Preferred Technical Skills: Familiarity with ERP solutions such as SAP, PeopleSoft, and other leading systems. Experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Migration, and Software Implementation. Required Skills: Strong quantitative abilities for analyzing and interpreting financial data. Capability to research, analyze, and interpret policies and regulations. A proactive approach to working independently and consistently achieving exemplary results. Ability to collaborate effectively with all project team members. Outstanding oral and written presentation capabilities. Proven initiative to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing customer relationships. Working Conditions: This position is hybrid with travel and onsite requirements. Compensation: Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies across different factors such as office location, role, skills, and experience. PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role, alongside benefits like medical and dental care, 401k, PTO, parental leave, and bereavement leave. Range: $88,000 - $135,000 PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
