Role Overview: The Oracle Cloud PaaS Solutions Architect requires Leadership, Management, Communication, and Customer Relationship Management skills. Expect a solid knowledge of SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology. Contribute to functional resources collaboratively, ensuring technical items are managed effectively. Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops focusing on technical items. Oversee quality assurance processes and peer reviews. Monitor status updates, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure technical deliveries meet quality standards on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have: Expertise across multiple areas including: Advanced knowledge of Oracle SaaS Architecture, Data Migration, Integration, Reporting, and Extensions. Strong skills in client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction through active listening and a consultative approach. Team leadership capabilities, mentoring both onshore and offshore teams. Effective communication of technical concepts to varied audiences. Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot complex technical challenges. Technical support facilitation, liaising with offshore teams and product support. Assistance in sales pursuits through technical discovery sessions and solution design. Contribution towards innovative practices within cross-functional teams. Commitment to continuous improvement of cloud solutions and processes. Technical Skills: Extensive understanding of OCI architecture and optimization strategies. Proficiency in Oracle SaaS functionalities and development tools. Advanced skills in Java development frameworks. Experience with scripting languages and web services development. Robust knowledge of enterprise application development practices. Expertise in integration solutions and business processes. Functional Skills: Strong grasp of functional concepts in relevant SaaS modules. Comprehensive understanding of system integrations and workflows. Experience in project management techniques. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and present effectively.
