Aviation Project Manager - Traveling Role This position requires travel 75% of the time across various locations in the United States. Role Overview The Project Manager will oversee the operation and administration of moderately complex projects or portions of larger construction projects, ensuring alignment with JE Dunn's vision and values. Provide leadership in project execution and align activities with the strategic objectives of the company. Utilize a strong understanding of construction management processes to ensure project success and manage risks effectively. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations. Key Responsibilities Promote and enforce a culture of safety throughout all project phases. Oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring all aspects are completed on time and within financial targets. Assist in the preconstruction phase by supporting bid package development, trade coordination, and scope reviews. Manage subcontractor relationships and negotiate contracts effectively. Prepare and present regular progress reports, analyzing project status and financial performance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of construction management experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools. Ability to problem solve and foster relationships within project teams. Working Environment Valid and unrestricted driver's license required. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Availability for travel and non-traditional hours may be required. Incumbents may work at various project sites and/or in an office setting.
