Your responsibilities will include: Applying your technical knowledge and project management skills to execute complex Service Sales projects. Inputting data into weekly and monthly reports for management and providing updates regarding open orders. Entering work orders into our CRM/SAP/ERP systems. Creating new accounts in CRM and submitting requests for edits and updates as needed. Coordinating with other internal departments on the shipment and return of parts, delivery dates, order statuses, invoices, and finance assistance with customer accounts. Managing your workflow to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and on time daily, weekly, and monthly. Conducting service follow-ups by calling customers to gather feedback on service quality, address any issues, and schedule future visits. Acting as a crucial link between Engineering and the Service Group. Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of service projects from initial planning to final closeout. Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and customer expectations effectively. Serving as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams. Optimizing resource scheduling to minimize downtime and maximize billable utilization. Implementing standardized project management processes and reporting. Identifying potential risks early and developing plans for mitigation. Driving continuous improvement across service operations. Utilizing CRM and SAP systems for clear communication delivery. Performing other duties as assigned by management. Your Profile / Qualifications: A University Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience. Strong customer orientation with excellent engagement skills at various levels. Open-minded, solution-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a team. Proficient in effective written and verbal communication in English. Demonstrated ability to provide prompt feedback to both internal and external customers.
