Please note that this range is indicative and actual salary offers will be determined based on various factors including skill set, experience, location, and qualifications. Roles and Responsibilities We invite you to join our team as a Project Scheduler, where you will be instrumental in shaping project timelines, optimizing schedules, and ensuring successful project delivery. Collaborating closely with Project Directors and Project Managers, you will drive schedule performance, identify risks, and support timely execution across all project phases. This position follows a hybrid work schedule based at our Hudson, WI facility. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive scheduling system in partnership with Project Directors and Managers Manage multiple project schedules across various phases simultaneously Establish and maintain baseline schedules, synchronize resource allocation, and conduct critical path analysis Collaborate with Design, Procurement, Construction, and Workshop teams to adapt to schedule changes and ensure team alignment Monitor project progress against contractual milestones, assisting in risk and opportunity identification Conduct earned value analysis (EVA) for tracking performance and projecting outcomes Perform Time Impact Analyses (TIA) to assess potential delays and suggest mitigation strategies Maintain clear communication across project teams to proactively resolve issues or risks affecting schedules Take part in project meetings addressing contractual schedule changes with clients and suppliers Contribute to final project reports, focusing on schedule performance and lessons learned for future improvement Your Profile / Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience At least 3 years of experience in project planning or scheduling Comprehensive understanding of all project lifecycle phases, including engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning Familiarity with manufacturing or OEM operations environments Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software Strong analytical skills for assessing project priorities, timelines, and resource distribution Professional Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a keen eye for deadlines Adept at working collaboratively across departments and cultivating effective relationships Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and robust problem-solving abilities At GEA, we don’t just offer jobs; we provide opportunities for personal and professional growth where you can truly make a difference.
