In this leadership role, you will inspire and guide your team, shaping the strategic direction of AI initiatives that contribute to business success. You will mentor emerging leaders and uphold PwC's values of quality, integrity, and innovation, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances client satisfaction and strengthens our esteemed reputation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native microservices and CI/CD pipelines. Ensure the reliability and maintainability of deployed AI systems. Advocate for the adoption of innovative technologies in AI and machine learning. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team. What You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree. 10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software development, or technical leadership roles. What Sets You Apart: A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or Software Engineering. Recognition as a thought leader in AI solutions. Experience managing large-scale AI solution development projects. Proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional engineering teams. Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks for development. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Expertise in machine learning and analytical techniques. Commitment to mentoring junior engineers and fostering a cohesive team dynamic. The annual salary range for this position is $155,000 - $410,000, depending on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
