Position Overview The Manager of Regulatory Compliance Programs is a key member of the FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, reporting directly to the Corporate Compliance Director. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of compliance programs designed to navigate a wide array of laws and regulations, including healthcare compliance, anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti-money laundering (AML). Working under the guidance of the Corporate Compliance Director, your mission will be to enhance our compliance frameworks, execute due diligence and monitoring initiatives, and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and training programs that cultivate a culture of integrity across the organization. Job Responsibilities Draft, update, and maintain all compliance-related policies, procedures, and guidelines. Assess existing healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and AML compliance policies, supporting the development of new measures to address emerging risk areas and improve operations. Conduct comprehensive compliance risk analyses to uncover vulnerabilities and design effective plans to mitigate identified risks. Develop and manage engaging compliance training programs to communicate the FUJIFILM Healthcare Code of Conduct and other key policies, ensuring employees understand the legal and ethical standards expected of them. Perform transaction monitoring reviews and manage due diligence related to third-party intermediaries. Conduct annual self-audits for Anti-Corruption and Antitrust compliance. Enhance compliance awareness throughout the company via ongoing communication and engagement initiatives. Collaborate with Compliance Department members on investigations and audits to promote adherence to company policies. Advise FUJIFILM Holdings subsidiaries regarding compliance topics related to healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and AML policies. Stay updated on global legislative changes and enforcement actions impacting the healthcare sector and compliance best practices. Review documentation associated with government contracts and bids to ensure compliance with regulations. Partner closely with teams in Legal, IT, HR, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and other core functions to navigate compliance issues and direct them through the appropriate channels. Prepare detailed management reports regarding incidents, investigations, and emerging compliance challenges for senior management. Conduct thorough pre-acquisition due diligence for new healthcare businesses, developing integration plans as necessary. Support HIPAA Privacy Officer in fulfilling healthcare obligations and responsibilities. Undertake additional responsibilities as directed. Required Skills/Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Med Devices/Pharma compliance. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Anti-Corruption compliance. Minimum of 2 years of experience with Antitrust compliance. License as an attorney is preferred. Robust understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act) and global compliance frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act). Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation is desired. Proven experience in developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures to prevent illegal or unethical conduct. Track record of evaluating healthcare compliance matters to identify and address operational issues effectively. Familiarity with compliance across various legal fields, including Anti-Corruption and Anti-Money Laundering. Proficient with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint software. Desired Skills Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while reporting progress and risks to stakeholders. Ability to advise and collaborate with management on compliance issues, facilitating risk assessment and developing practical solutions. Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills are essential. Salary and Benefits $145,000 - $165,000 based on experience. Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision coverage.
