In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive recruitment efforts, including drafting engaging job postings, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the interview process from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: Full-cycle recruitment: from job advertisement to candidate selection. Collaborating on workforce planning to assess hiring needs and allocate resources effectively. Ensuring timely and professional communication with all candidates. Assisting the logistics and operation teams with related project support as necessary. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment; experience in transportation recruitment is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment.
