You will assist with their daily activities, provide personal care, remind them about medications, and engage them in social and spiritual pursuits, all while monitoring their physical and cognitive health. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility support, including lifting, turning, and transferring residents safely. Support dining services during assigned meal times by setting up, serving, and documenting meal intake. Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and cognitive conditions to nursing staff. Deliver nutritional supplements and ensure proper intake, documenting as needed. Engage residents in enriching activities that contribute to their overall happiness. Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner. Adhere to all community policies and procedures. Position Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Licenses/Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant certification may be required based on state regulations. Experience: Preferred 1+ years of work or volunteer experience with seniors. Skills & Abilities: Demonstrate compassion and patience when working with elderly residents. #Livingjoyfully Pay: Minimum: USD $20.50/Hr. Maximum: USD $24.50/Hr.
