We are seeking a talented GTM Automation Specialist to enhance our Revenue Operations team. In this key role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our go-to-market strategy by optimizing our Marketing and Sales technologies to drive revenue growth with dependable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy scalable automation frameworks across the marketing and sales funnel, tackling operational challenges and providing innovative solutions to boost GTM efficiency and reliability. Maintain seamless data synchronization across the GTM stack, ensuring data integrity and minimizing risks via effective integration and management of data pipelines. Develop and manage complex data enrichment and transformation workflows using tools like Clay, Workato, or Zapier, ensuring accurate data sourcing, validation, and activation across systems. Create and enhance automated engagement sequences that initiate email, call, and social outreach based on user behavior, lifecycle stages, or data updates. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to measure funnel performance, assess campaign effectiveness, and track critical metrics. Support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of GTM technologies, including AI tools for lead research, enrichment, personalization, and workflow automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Business Systems, GTM Operations, and Analytics—to establish scalable processes, maintain documentation, and uphold data governance standards. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing automated GTM systems, including data enrichment, transformation, and lifecycle automation across marketing and sales technologies. Technical expertise in platforms such as: Marketing automation tools (Marketo, Iterable, Customer.io) CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot) AI and workflow automation platforms (Workato, Hightouch, Zapier, Clay) Sales engagement tools (Salesloft, Gong, Outreach) Data enrichment services (Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo) Proven experience scaling and supporting outbound GTM campaigns including list building, enrichment, segmentation, routing, and activation within sales and marketing systems. A collaborative team player with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. A natural problem solver, quick learner, and proactive builder. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a product-led environment or with marketing operations/revenue technology agencies.
