We are looking for a dedicated Adobe Workfront specialist to enhance our team in a solution consulting and implementation capacity, aiding clients in adopting the Adobe Marketing Cloud and facilitating crucial business transformation. This role combines solution architecture and configuration expertise, demanding strong client consultative skills along with practical marketing activation experience. Your Contributions: Solution Leadership: Serve as an advisor to clients, helping them craft solutions and accelerate delivery, either acting as a product owner or supporting a client product owner during large-scale implementations and transformation initiatives. Configuration Expert: Bring best practices in Workfront design and configuration to our clients while showcasing your ability to build and test configurations across various Workfront capabilities. Internal Capability Development: Collaborate with internal teams to foster practice growth through knowledge sharing, service development, training, and partner certification. Your Role: This position involves working with diverse clients seeking Accenture's expertise for new Workfront implementations, assessments of existing setups, management of Workfront environments, and training on Workfront functionalities. As part of your daily responsibilities, you will: Provide expert guidance on Adobe Workfront best practices. Design, build, and configure Workfront functionalities tailored to meet business processes and application requirements. Facilitate discovery sessions with new clients, focusing on process design principles. Gather and analyze Workfront requirements in relation to client business processes. Configure Adobe Workfront elements, including custom forms, project templates, portfolios, reports, dashboards, and more. Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders and team members. Coordinate acceptance testing and execute issue resolution. This role may require travel, ranging from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements. Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Workfront System Administrator or in a consultancy role focused on Workfront. At least 2 years of experience in implementing and optimizing Workfront projects. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). Candidates with an Associate degree must have a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Experience Cloud tool certification (Workfront, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketo, and/or Adobe Analytics are desirable). Minimum of 1 year leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical lead, or solution consultant. Experience with configuring integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion is a plus.
