The Opportunity Are you passionate about driving meaningful organizational and individual behavioral change? As a Manager within our Business Performance capability, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing programs that align with strategic direction, organizational purpose, and culture. You’ll have the chance to understand and influence behavioral drivers within various organizational contexts, planning and executing targeted initiatives that genuinely make an impact. Your Key Responsibilities Lead program and project delivery with a strong focus on management effectiveness. Engage actively in client working sessions, leading project planning, execution, and closure. Support sales initiatives and spearhead specific RFP responses. Skills and Attributes for Success To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. You will leverage your expertise to guide others and interpret internal and external issues to recommend high-quality solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver complex technical initiatives. Proven success in achieving local performance objectives, including client service, quality, risk management, and business growth. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Human Resources, or Psychology. Typically, 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm. Technical skills in change management and experience design. Strong capabilities in communication and engagement strategy delivery. Analytical skills in behavioral driver analysis and modeling. Experience with leadership and workforce assessment. Knowledge of hybrid workforce strategies. Experience in talent analytics and dashboarding. Strong coaching and personal development skills. Team development and effectiveness expertise. Willingness to travel as required and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three days a week at client sites or within an EY office. Ideally, You’ll Also Have Proven experience in relationship building and effective communication. Digital fluency and strong leadership abilities. Negotiation and influencing skills with change management experience. Commercial awareness and a solid understanding of sustainability and systems thinking. Sector knowledge related to the role. The base salary range for this role in the US is $125,900 to $231,100, with specific ranges for the New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California being $151,200 to $262,200. Salaries are determined based on various factors, including education, experience, skills, and geography.
