Your Role We are looking for a forward-thinking Functional Leader to shape the strategy and execution of our Data, AI, and agentic transformation on Google Cloud. This role requires close collaboration with key Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners, such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Oracle. The Opportunity This senior role is crucial in developing a seamless ecosystem where GCP's innovative capabilities and our partners' platforms work together to transform business processes, drive innovation, and generate new value. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud technologies, a deep understanding of the ISV landscape, and a passion for harnessing AI's transformative power. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Ecosystem Development: Design and execute a robust strategy for integrating GCP's Data, AI, and agentic technologies with ISV solutions from partners like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Oracle to foster business transformation. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic ISV partners to ensure alignment and co-innovation. Data, AI, & Agentic Transformation: Lead the design and implementation of a modern data architecture across GCP and ISV platforms, establishing a single source of truth. Promote the adoption of AI and machine learning solutions to enhance and automate workflows across business functions. Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement: Initiate and guide joint go-to-market strategies with ISV partners, including co-marketing efforts and sales enablement programs to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. Develop impactful enablement materials, such as demos and workshops, to educate teams and partners on the value of our integrated solutions. Change Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support the organization in adapting to new technologies and processes, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture. Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of our integrated technology strategy. Travel may be necessary for this position, depending on business needs and client requirements. Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience of at least 12 years). At least 15 years of experience in a leadership role focusing on cloud technologies, strategic alliances, or a similar field. Seven years of experience with major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and understanding of the enterprise ISV ecosystem, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Oracle. A minimum of seven years of demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and driving digital transformation. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field. In-depth expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data, AI, and machine learning services. Proven record in developing successful partner-driven go-to-market strategies that lead to measurable revenue growth. Experience with AI, machine learning, and agentic technologies in enterprise settings. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with a knack for influencing and building consensus across all levels. Compensation at Accenture varies based on multiple factors, including office location, role, skill set, and experience level.
