Specialty Business Manager

As a Specialty Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and fostering account engagement within specialized markets. This is a field-based position where you will provide compliant and clinically accurate product education to healthcare professionals while efficiently navigating access, reimbursement, and payer considerations to enhance patient access. The successful candidate will possess strong market knowledge, effective business planning capabilities, and the ability to engage in high-level clinical and economic discussions with targeted specialties and key decision-makers. Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to meet performance objectives Deliver compliant, evidence-based product presentations to physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and office personnel Leverage data analytics and segmentation insights to tailor engagements and prioritize accounts Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with targeted specialty providers and key stakeholders Exhibit a solid understanding of disease state education, treatment pathways, payer dynamics, and reimbursement processes affecting product access Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on appropriate product utilization and patient support resources Collaborate cross-functionally to share field intelligence and identify growth opportunities Maintain meticulous territory documentation and CRM reporting Attend and complete all required training programs and competency assessments within designated timeframes What do you need for this position?
