Join us as a Senior Technology Analyst, where you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment between innovative technology and business objectives. Your Key Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to evaluate and refine business models and processes. Analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they fulfill business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality business documents including requirements documentation, analyses, and test plans. To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have A Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science, management information systems, finance, accounting, or business. 2 - 4 years of relevant experience with Zuora Revenue implementations. Enterprise-level experience at a professional services organization, delivering moderate to complex ERP, billing, and revenue accounting systems. Experience in requirements gathering, documentation of use cases, business analysis, system design, integration, and user interface implementation. Experience in data analysis, conversion, migration, and report generation. Experience with gap analysis and blueprint development. Experience in system design through configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support. A strong team player, able to communicate effectively at both business and technical levels. Experience with automated revenue accounting and the ability to collaborate with accounting teams. Willingness to travel up to 40-60% of the time. Ideally, You'll Also Have Experience implementing quote-to-revenue solutions for both B2B and B2C channels. Consulting experience. Experience with Zuora Billing. The base salary for this position ranges from $102,500 to $187,900, with higher ranges for specific locations.
