Job Description Join our team as a Senior Sourcing Analyst for Energy Category Management, where you'll play a pivotal role in executing strategies designed to reduce overall organizational spend, enhance supplier relationships, and maximize savings. We value respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety in everything we do. Key Responsibilities Develop optimization scenarios to minimize total ownership costs. Address questions from suppliers and stakeholders regarding categories, supplies, pricing, and specifications. Support supplier financing programs with a comprehensive view of early payments and accounts payables. Create planning guides to aid negotiation processes and contribute effectively. Conduct thorough sourcing analyses, including opportunity assessments, benchmarking, and should-cost modeling. Project category improvements and perform post-implementation variance analyses. Identify total internal costs associated with supplier pricing, delivery, operations, and quality. Quantify overall cost ownership for products and services to highlight savings opportunities. Collaborate with the contract management team to maintain accurate contract data and supplier documentation. Assist category managers in setting supplier performance and continuous improvement targets and developing scorecards. Partner with the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) team to oversee supplier assessments and analytics. Work with the KPI & Benefits team to create tracking mechanisms for reporting savings achieved. Contribute to additional company initiatives that may influence overall performance. Mentor and supervise direct reports, conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or a related field. At least 1 year of professional experience in procurement. Proven leadership capabilities. Ability to assess, quantify, and communicate business risks effectively. A proactive self-starter capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills to leverage data for business decision-making. Competence in ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio). Ability to translate analysis into compelling communications and presentations. Desired Qualifications: Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Retail. CPM/CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent certification. Proficiency in data visualization tools.
