Job Description Oversee daily operations of construction projects to ensure timely completion. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction crews on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays. Maintain accurate records of project schedules, costs, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other stakeholders. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Travel as needed to various project sites to oversee work and ensure alignment with plans. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Proven experience managing construction projects within the commercial industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Willingness and ability to travel for work as required. A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.
