Responsibilities Join our Future Computing Technologies group to apply your expertise in exploring groundbreaking AI-assisted scientific workflows and managing distributed datasets. Key focus areas include: Continuum computing and distributed systems Performance and workload characterization Modeling of application power and energy This role requires a familiarity with distributed and continuum computing, vector databases, and performance modeling, in addition to working knowledge of storage and memory systems. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a PhD program at an accredited college Minimum GPA of 3.0 Preferred Qualifications: Pursuing a PhD in computer science, data science, or a related field Knowledge of distributed computing and vector databases Experience in performance modeling and storage systems About PNNL At Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant and intellectually stimulating research atmosphere.
