Senior Product Manager - Product Empowerment

Job Overview We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager focused on Product Empowerment within the Oracle Health AI Application Suite. In this influential role, you will play a crucial part in equipping our field teams, customers, and partners with the essential resources and knowledge needed for effective adoption of our groundbreaking solutions. You will lead live training sessions, develop comprehensive learning programs, and curate outstanding materials to facilitate secure and compliant use of our products. Key Responsibilities Create and manage a detailed enablement roadmap for the Oracle Health AI Suite, ensuring alignment with product strategies and business objectives. Deliver outstanding training experiences for customers and field teams through diverse formats, including in-person sessions, virtual workshops, and interactive labs. Manage the entire enablement process for employees, customers, and partners—from needs assessment and curriculum design to delivery, certification, and ongoing enhancement. Enhance product documentation (including playbooks, demos, hands-on labs, FAQs, and release notes) to ensure consistent messaging and compliance. Transform insights from field and customer feedback into actionable product improvements; serve as a trusted advisor to Product and Engineering teams. Collaborate with instructional designers to create materials that meet learning objectives and incorporate best practices in adult education. Lead the preparations for internal product launches, including briefings and enablement plans that align with key milestones. Establish clear success metrics such as adoption rates and time-to-proficiency, and effectively communicate outcomes to leadership. Promote best practices in security, privacy, and regulations throughout all enablement content and training activities. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in product enablement, product management, technical training, or solutions consulting within enterprise SaaS. Proven ability to deliver engaging live and virtual training to both technical and professional audiences. Strong content creation skills (slides, demos, labs, assessments) and familiarity with learning management tools. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to simplify complex product information into clear narratives and hands-on training experiences. Preferred Experience Experience in the healthcare sector, AI applications, or data platforms, along with familiarity of compliance considerations. Background in product launch strategies, field playbooks, and extensive certification programs. Experience with demo environments and lab setup; analytical skills to evaluate training program effectiveness are a plus. History of collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success teams within an agile framework.
