Position Overview The Specialty Sales Specialist in Clinical and Software Applications for EMS will work closely with assigned Territory Managers under the leadership of the Director of Specialty Sales. Key responsibilities include: Conducting targeted outreach to clients via telephone and email. Assisting current customers in transitioning to new products. Promoting consumables, accessories, and software solutions to both ZOLL clients and competitors. Acting as a customer liaison to address inquiries and coordinate with support teams for timely issue resolution. Monitoring customer feedback through surveys and developing action plans to address any concerns. Essential Functions Gain a deep understanding of the EMS industry and the unique challenges faced by our clients. Develop expertise in ZOLL products to effectively meet customer needs. Prepare and negotiate sales quotes within established limits. Maintain activity reports and participate in review meetings. Identify leads for Territory Managers by engaging with EMS customers through cold calling. Work to increase market share for accessories, consumables, and software solutions. Assist customers in maximizing their ZOLL product portfolio for improved clinical and operational outcomes. Keep detailed records of all call activities in Salesforce.com. Build strong relationships with Territory Managers and clients through professional service. Respond promptly to customer concerns, guiding them to appropriate resources for resolution. Collaborate closely with the Territory Manager team to achieve sales goals. Proactively manage customer retention within your base. Adhere to all relevant policies and standards. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is preferred. 3-5 years of sales support experience is preferred. Skills and Abilities Strong negotiation skills with a track record of meeting sales quotas. Excellent account management and relationship-building skills. Effective communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience delivering customer-focused, solution-based services. Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities effectively. Attention to detail. Strong presentation and listening skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. This role offers an hourly pay rate of $23.00 to $25.00, plus commissions and performance-based bonuses. Pay rate may be influenced by factors such as shift, geography, skills, education, and experience. Physical Demands Occasional standing and walking. Constant sitting. Frequent repetitive motions.
