Join our dynamic team as a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion HCM. In this pivotal role, you will harness your expertise in Oracle HCM to design, deploy, and enhance solutions that improve workforce management. This position focuses on the Time and Labor and Absence modules and is a remote role that requires 40% travel to support teams based in Philadelphia and San Diego. Essential Duties: Analyze and align business requirements with Oracle HCM functionalities to deliver optimal solutions. Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end HCM solutions. Provide expert guidance on best practices in Oracle HCM implementation and maintenance. Create and deliver training sessions to empower users and administrators. Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance to guarantee system reliability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements. Stay informed on Oracle HCM product updates and emerging trends to enhance solutions continually. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including consulting or working in a Human Resources department. Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud with practical experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll. Strong understanding of HCM processes and industry best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams. Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to independently think critically and solve problems. Desired Skills & Experience: Oracle HCM Cloud certification. Experience with Oracle HCM integrations and reporting tools. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Background either in consulting or in a public sector environment. Knowledge of global HCM processes and compliance requirements. Advanced data analysis and reporting skills. Capability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously. Application Deadline: 03/27/2026 The proposed salary for this position ranges from $115,700 to $192,900 USD.
