Your Role and Impact As a Speech Pathologist, your responsibilities will include: Evaluating and assessing patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation. Identifying issues and adapting therapy as needed to ensure the best patient outcomes. Tracking and documenting patient progress, performances, and responses to treatment. Celebrating every patient's successes, no matter how small. Qualifications Current licensure or certification in line with state regulations is required. Successful completion of the SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire. A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant field experience. We are excited to meet you!
