Join us and contribute to meaningful work in cybersecurity. Role Overview: We are seeking a talented professional to join our team in providing essential support to a key U.S. Public Sector client. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, deployment, and ongoing support of endpoint security systems powered by Trellix and other technologies. The Senior Solutions Consultant will act as a Subject-Matter Expert in cybersecurity, advising clients on best practices and solutions tailored to their needs. Your role will include daily deployment, operation, and maintenance of Trellix solutions, specifically in Data Loss Prevention (DLP). Key Responsibilities: Ensure an exceptional customer experience and successful service delivery. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with various customer organizations to deploy and operationalize Trellix's capabilities throughout the enterprise. Create comprehensive technical documentation and conduct briefings. Lead or participate in technical exchange meetings to align stakeholders. Work closely with customers and internal teams to design and implement technical project plans, timelines, and deployment strategies. Conduct testing, debugging, and validation for solutions before and after implementation. Oversee system health management and performance monitoring. Analyze data and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and resolve issues. Engage in technical troubleshooting, collaborating with product support and engineering teams. Qualifications: Passionate and self-motivated with a strong interest in cybersecurity. Proven experience with enterprise network technologies, including deployment and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Demonstrated technical expertise in cybersecurity operations and system administration. Familiarity with Trellix products such as Endpoint Security, ePolicy Orchestrator, DLP, and more. Proficient in Active Directory, virtualization, cloud services (AWS, Azure), and enterprise networks. At least 5 years of experience in a technical domain. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field. Able to develop deep knowledge of Trellix products. Knowledge of cyber threat management and response strategies. Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph required. Possession of a DoD 8570 or DoD 8140 compliant cybersecurity certification.
