Join our dedicated team as a Long-Distance CDL Driver! We are searching for responsible drivers with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements to operate our 53' semi-trailers. This is a wonderful opportunity to earn competitive pay while receiving the necessary support and resources for your success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct safe and efficient live loading and unloading of freight. Drive responsibly on highways while adhering to safety regulations. Back up trailers with precision and skill. Ensure proper handling and security of cargo at all times. Schedule: Choose between two options: 3 weeks on the road followed by 1 week home, or 30 days out with 10 days home. Average weekly mileage ranges from 2,500 to 2,800 miles. Report days: Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. Mandatory road test and office orientation (1.5-2 days) upon hire. Freight & Equipment: We primarily handle freight weighing between 22,000 and 25,000 lbs with a governed maximum speed of 70 MPH. Our loads consist of flammable materials (like paint), corrosive substances (such as cleaning supplies), and standard freight. Please note that we do NOT transport explosives, inhalation hazards, radioactive materials, or unsafe substances when wet. Requirements: Age requirement: 23-65. HAZMAT endorsement is required; experience preferred but training will be provided. Tanker endorsement required. Must hold a medical card verified by the DMV (please provide front & back copy). TWIC card preferred, but not mandatory. CDL scan check is required. No participation in the SAP program. Compensation: Single Drivers: W2: $0.62 per mile (approximately $2,500-$2,800/week). 1099: $0.65 per mile. Teams: W2: $0.31-$0.325 per mile. 1099: $0.325 per mile. Additional Information: Pet-friendly environments available at no extra cost. Passenger policy: $30/week for passengers over 18 (no charge for spouse/occupational insurance). Earn a $1,000 referral bonus for each driver you refer who is hired. Support and training for CORP or LLC setups available if needed. Application Process: Submit your CDL (front & back).
