The Opportunity Join our FS Enabling Technologies team to spearhead innovative solutions in core banking technology. In your role as a Senior Associate, you will tackle complex challenges, mentor junior team members, and cultivate strong client relationships while navigating the nuances of the banking industry. Maintain high professional standards and ethical practices. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. At least 5 years of professional experience in API and software development. What Sets You Apart: Preferred Master's Degree. Hands-on experience with Core Banking and SaaS/BaaS platforms. Comprehensive knowledge of core banking systems. Proficiency in business process modeling. Familiarity with API integration techniques. Understanding of financial products in banking. Awareness of banking regulations affecting systems. Experience with core conversions and knowledge of Golang. Proven success as an individual contributor and team member. The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000. Compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays, vacation, and more.
