Position Overview: The Sleep Consultant will enhance the customer experience by being a knowledgeable sleep advisor and providing top-quality products. You will execute Mattress Firm's sales strategies using digital tools and create a seamless omnichannel experience that prioritizes the customer. Create a customer-centric environment by building lasting relationships. Offer expert product knowledge and be a trusted resource for customers. Achieve personal sales goals and meet key performance indicators while embodying company values. Maintain customer relationships during and after purchases, assisting with any inquiries or issues. Stay informed about competitors, their marketing efforts, and their available products. Utilize social media to boost brand awareness and drive sales. Additional bonus opportunities may be available to eligible roles at the management and individual contributor level at the discretion of the company.
