The Position We are redefining how families manage their wealth, and we seek a dedicated team member to elevate our operations through a range of essential administrative, receptionist, communication, and office management tasks. This role offers substantial growth opportunities to expand your responsibilities across various areas of our firm. Depending on your skills, you may be involved in: Guest Reception: Welcoming clients, vendors, and guests to our office, alongside managing incoming calls and associated receptionist duties. Administrative Support: Handling all mail and courier coordination, as well as managing office supply inventory. Communications: Inputting and managing data in our CRM (Client Relationship Management) system. General Assistance: Supporting activities such as preparing client meeting materials, scheduling, organizing company meetings, planning travel logistics, managing expenses, processing client accounts payable, maintaining kitchen supplies, and addressing other tasks as needed. The Candidate The ideal candidate for this role is bright, organized, energetic, and creative, making a positive impression on everyone they interact with—whether in person or over the phone.
