In this pivotal role, you'll oversee day-to-day contract administration, support the contracts team, and lead Contracts Management Professionals/Contracts Administrators or Paralegals. This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Key Responsibilities Review Federal Government solicitations, identifying risks, drafting inquiries, and preparing solicitation briefs. Negotiate and review prime contracts and their modifications. Advise internal teams regarding contract terms and obligations. Evaluate contracts for consistency post-award with proposals and solicitations. Prepare Contract Briefs and Status Logs. Support teams in drafting contract abstracts. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and deadlines. Assist Project Managers with interpreting contracts and preparing modification proposals. Manage documentation for subpoenas and regulatory requests. Utilize contract management systems effectively and train team members. Guide and mentor staff to enhance contract management capabilities. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience with Federal Contracts or relevant contract management experience. Supervisory or management experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences. Thorough understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards. Experience with Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts. Knowledge of legal issues related to contracts and drafting flowdown provisions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software. This role offers a competitive salary range of $123,750 - $213,500, commensurate with geographic location, skills, and experience. We also provide a robust compensation package, including health benefits and a profit-sharing/401k plan. Please note that the selected candidate must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
