Key Responsibilities: Conduct a variety of nondestructive tests including ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, penetrant, and eddy current inspections on aerospace components. Accurately interpret and document inspection results in line with industry standards, customer specifications, and FAA regulations. Set up and calibrate testing equipment to ensure proper functioning and reliability. Maintain precise records of inspections as required by quality management systems. Adhere strictly to safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines at the facility. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to foster efficiency and reliability in NDT operations. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 6 months to 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or NDT. Experience in aerospace or related manufacturing preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Attention to detail with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Note: This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
