Job Description

Responsibilities Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Accurately report time, production, and material usage on a regular basis. Fill the ink system and adjust flow to ensure optimal printing performance. Supply stock to the machine and assist with the pre-feeder as needed. Mount dies and make necessary adjustments for proper impression on the machine. Set up slotting and scoring heads accurately. Inspect, stack, and bundle cartons according to specified guidelines. Accurately mount print plates and configure machine settings. Replace damaged cutting die knives as required. Communicate any irregularities, maintenance needs, or quality issues to the Team Operations Manager. Guide and support the crew during machine operation, changeovers, and cleanups. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other related tasks or projects as assigned. This position requires a dedicated and self-motivated individual who can work safely and collaboratively within a team. Ideal candidates will possess strong scheduling and prioritization skills to complete tasks effectively and on time. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. A commitment to continuous improvement and a focus on quality craftsmanship are necessary to meet increasing customer demands. Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not essential. Willingness to work on all shifts, including rotating and/or straight night shifts, and possible weekend overtime. Strong human relations and communication skills are a must.
