Your Role: As a Business Process Facilitator on the National Business Process team, you will be a key player in implementing and tracking enterprise process initiatives. This position requires you to ensure that our strategic process priorities are actionable, making visible progress and achieving measurable outcomes across various functions. You will serve as a vital link between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external partners. Who You Are: If you possess the following qualifications, we want to meet you: A minimum of 2 years experience in the insurance sector. Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. permanently without the need for sponsorship. Experience with agency management systems, particularly Applied Epic. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in coordinating and communicating across various teams. The base salary range for this position is $44,800 to $83,400, and we offer a competitive total rewards package, including health benefits, retirement programs, and employee assistance resources.
