Telecom Project Manager

Your leadership will ensure projects meet timelines, conform to scope and budget, and adhere to rigorous quality and safety standards. Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to enhance workflows and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Promote Ledcor's commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards on all telecom construction sites. Direct the planning and execution of large telecommunications projects such as fiber deployments and wireless tower builds. Manage risk assessment, permitting processes, and maintain clear communication with clients throughout every project phase. Engage in identifying and pursuing new telecom project opportunities to expand our reach. Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and effective resource allocation using established industry tools and methodologies. Enforce the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure adherence to telecom construction standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee timely procurement of materials and services. Facilitate contract negotiations and manage change orders proficiently. Establish and oversee project systems, including cost tracking, reporting, and documentation. Qualifications: Four to six years of project management experience in telecom or utility construction. Comprehensive knowledge of telecom construction methodologies and local permitting processes. Proven ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Familiarity with contract negotiation, cost control, and scheduling software like MS Project or Primavera is advantageous. Working Conditions: This position will initially be remote, transitioning to a full-time, in-office role at our new location in Florence, Kentucky once it opens.
