About the Role As the Senior Manager of Engineering for the Monetization Experience Team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our revenue initiatives through creative product experiences. This position uniquely combines user satisfaction with strategic revenue growth! Key Responsibilities Lead the development of a strategic delivery roadmap that aligns with key business and product objectives. Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, UX designers, and program managers to create a compelling long-term vision. Mentor engineers at various experience levels, supporting their career development. Foster a positive and empowering environment that encourages team self-organization, predictable delivery, and a healthy work-life balance. Set and elevate technical standards by defining clear quality expectations and implementing robust engineering practices. Promote effective problem-solving and facilitate meaningful discussions about project trade-offs. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Over 7 years of software development management experience, with a proven record of timely delivery across diverse functions. Strong background as a Software Engineer adept at overcoming complex technical issues. Proven experience leading large-scale projects across multiple teams while advocating for sound engineering practices. Familiarity with modern software technologies, including service-oriented architectures, APIs, and web/backend frameworks; experience with frontend technologies like React is a plus. Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth. Strong sense of ownership as both a technical leader and product advocate. Exceptional communication skills tailored for varied technical and business audiences.
