KPMG is seeking a proficient Compensation Strategies Manager to become a vital part of our Talent & Culture organization. Key Responsibilities: Act as an internal consultant and strategic advisor for assigned Business Process Groups (BPG) on all aspects of compensation management, including daily operations, the year-end compensation review, and more. Collaborate seamlessly with various internal business segments and HR Business Advisors to enhance compensation programs. Analyze intricate compensation-related challenges and deliver strategic or tactical solutions effectively. Engage in salary surveys and the annual competitive assessment for business process groups. Analyze findings and market trends to evaluate total compensation competitiveness, offering competitive recommendations aligned with recruitment and retention goals. Oversee benchmarking initiatives and job evaluations, analyzing market salary data to ensure our salary ranges and programs remain competitive. Uphold KPMG’s standards of integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to maintain a respectful work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of six years of recent experience in comprehensive compensation management and expertise in both base pay and variable compensation programs. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. Experience in a consulting environment within business or financial services or similar fast-paced industries is preferred. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills are required to effectively partner with senior leaders and HR Business Advisors. Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
