As a Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in improving operational efficiency and supporting our store leadership and associates. Your Responsibilities: Provide friendly and professional assistance to both internal and external customers. Manage and oversee scheduling for drivers and associates to ensure timely delivery of merchandise. Foster and promote a culture of safety within the workplace. In this vital support role, you will undertake various administrative tasks related to staffing, scheduling, and payroll. Responsibilities include maintaining essential associate records, organizing training and break areas, and ensuring accurate time and attendance records are adhered to in line with Lowe's policies. You will also assist in processing candidates throughout our talent acquisition journey and support our strong safety culture through administrative tasks linked to Worker's Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Claims. To thrive in this position, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently throughout the day. Work Schedule: This is a full-time role, typically requiring 39 to 40 hours per week. Flexibility for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts is essential any day of the week, and requests for scheduled days off need to be approved in advance. What We're Looking For: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1 year of retail experience. 2 years of administrative experience, including data processing and scheduling. 1 year of experience handling confidential staff information. 1 year of experience in a cross-functional team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field. 2 years of experience in retail or relevant work experience. 2 years of experience in a cross-functional team setting. 1 year of experience supporting the staffing process, including scheduling interviews.
