Job Description As a Go-To-Market Operations Analyst, you will serve as the analytical backbone of our go-to-market strategy, ensuring that our products are structured logically, easy to sell, and accurately billed. You will report to the Director of Product GTM and act as a key link between high-level product strategy and the practical execution of our sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include modeling revenue impacts of new offers, designing the rules for our quoting systems, and ensuring that customer access to technology aligns perfectly with their contracts. Your contributions will eliminate hurdles for our sales teams and maintain the integrity of our revenue streams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Create detailed models to forecast how changes in product bundling, packaging, and promotions affect Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR). Build and maintain the CPQ system logic, ensuring product dependencies and constraints are navigable for sales representatives. Conduct regular reconciliations across billing systems, contract authorizations, and technical provisioning logs to detect and resolve revenue loss. Transform complex product features into seamless, marketable packages that minimize manual work for the sales team. Synthesize data from varied sources to present a clear analysis of customer platform usage relative to their payments. Review requests for product or pricing changes to ensure logical soundness prior to finance consideration. Monitor the status of our product offerings and provide data-driven recommendations to simplify the purchase process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in GTM, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles managing complex data sets and system logic. Strong skills in building financial and mathematical models to project business outcomes. Hands-on experience in designing or managing rules within a CPQ or quoting platform. Advanced proficiency in data tools such as Excel or SQL, particularly in reconciling data from diverse sources. A growth mindset with the adaptability to tackle complex challenges and navigate strategic shifts. Proven ability to articulate technical or logical concepts clearly to product and finance stakeholders. Experience working in an Agile environment while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. High attention to detail with a focus on ensuring revenue integrity and identifying discrepancies in complex systems. Target Base Salary Range: $110,000 USD - $130,000 USD Pay varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will consider the individual's qualifications. Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in GTM, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles. OR 7+ years of experience in GTM, Sales Operations, or Business Analyst roles. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
